These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Kodec Intelligence, a product of Krisimaya LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SMS Messaging Terms

The following terms apply to our SMS/text messaging customer support program.

Kodec AI Customer Support
Program Description
When you contact Kodec AI for support, we may communicate with you via SMS. These messages include acknowledgment of your requests, follow-up scheduling, status updates, and issue resolution prompts. SMS is used solely for customer support interactions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only in response to support interactions you initiate. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers
All major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not:

  • Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our services.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our services—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Krisimaya LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reports and deliverables we generate for you may be used by you for internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display our deliverables without written consent.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Insights and reports are based on publicly available data and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krisimaya LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
